Singleness Affidavit Attestation
To make a Singleness Affidavit for marriage (only for applicant holding residence visa not for visit visa holders), these are the requirements.
- Personal presence of the person who is making the Singleness Affidavit (format is given below & this will be typed in our office.)
- Valid passport in original and copy of the applicant (consular signature page / first / last and valid residence visa page clear copy).
- Fiance/Fiancee's passport copy
- In case of a divorcee applying for singleness affidavit, divorce papers issued under mutual consent, by the court is required
