Divorce Decree Attestation
Personal presence of the applicant along with the following documents:
- Passport in original with photocopy (consular signature page /first / last and valid visa page clear copy) of the applicant.
- In case the divorce has been obtained in India, the divorce decree is required to be issued by a competent court in India.
- Must be attested by Ministry of External Affairs, India
- Divorce papers should be issued under mutual consent.
In case the divorce decree has been issued by authorities in U.A.E, the divorce decree should be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, U.A.E. Divorce papers should be issued under mutual consent.
